HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION

Hastings Green Homeowners Association is a non-profit corporation established and governed by Articles of Incorporation, a Declaration of Protective Covenants. These governing documents are also know as: Deed Restrictions; Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions, and/or By-laws, all of which are filed with Harris County. The Associations’ primary responsibilities include strengthening property values, preserving common areas, and enforcing deed restrictions.

A study by the Community Associations Institute has reported that homes located in community management communities are often worth more than 5 percent in comparison to those in traditional communities.
